"Fair price for what you get"
I’ve been looking around for a while, and after trying this recently, the price feels fair to me. It’s not the cheapest option I’ve seen, but for the quality, it made sense. If it stays around this price, I’d definitely buy it again next time

"I don’t get how customer service can take..."
I don’t get how customer service can take that long to respond when someone just needs help with an order. I sent a couple of messages and either got no reply or nothing that actually helped. Like, make it make sense. It was frustrating and definitely not a great experience for me

"Kind of proved my worries about the finish"
It’s a nice chair overall, but I had a feeling the wood finish might be the weak spot, and that’s pretty much what happened. It looks a little rough in a few spots and seems to scratch way too easily. I still like the chair, but the finish is about what I expected.

"Return process was a headache"
I tried returning my order it was way more confusing than it needed to be. I kept looking around for clear instructions, but it felt like they made the whole thing harder than it should’ve been.

It took me too long just to figure out the next step, and getting any helpful answer wasn’t exactly easy either. I don’t mind doing a return, but come on, this shouldn’t feel like solving a puzzle.

I expected it to be quick and simple, but it turned into a hassle. Not the worst thing ever, but they definitely dropped the ball on making the return process easy

I really liked how it looked when I first got it, so maybe I was expecting too much, but it just didn’t last as long as I hoped. The durability wasn’t great, unfortunately.

My chair showed up packaged nicely, and thankfully nothing was damaged. The box had a few scuffs, and there was a little dust inside, but something about it still felt secure and easy to unpack overall.

"Decent stuff, but I don’t really trust the pricing anymore"
The quality is fine, and I don’t have a huge complaint about the actual product. But the price just feels way too high for what you’re getting. It kind of makes me feel like I can’t trust the value here anymore, which is disappointing because I wanted to like it more.

"Warranty help took way too long"
The table looks really nice, but dealing with the warranty was frustrating. I had to send photos twice and then waited weeks just to get a clear answer. They did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly helpful. For what I paid, I expected better support

"Refund process was such a hassle"
The refund process was more of a headache than I expected. It just felt slow and kind of all over the place, and I kept wondering what was actually happening because I didn’t really get clear updates unless I reached out first. Like, I get that refunds can take time, but the whole thing was just confusing and frustrating. They’re not the worst company I’ve ever dealt with or anything, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Delivery scheduling was frustrating"
My experience with the delivery scheduling wasn’t great. The delivery date kept changing, and I found myself having to check for updates instead of getting clear communication. That made it really hard to plan my day, because I didn’t know when to actually be available. The order itself may have been fine, but the scheduling process added unnecessary stress. I hope they improve that part, because it makes a big difference for customers.

"Showed up damaged and Support wasn’t much Help"
I was excited for this table, but it showed up with a cracked corner and the box had a huge dent in it. The packaging looked really rough, so I took photos right away because it was obvious something had gone wrong during shipping.

I reached out to masayacompany.com, but the replies were slow and they kept asking me for basically the same info Again. I still don’t have a clear answer about a replacement or refund, so now the table is just sitting here damaged. Super disappointing

"Looks nice, but quality control dropped the ball"
The woodwork itself looks really nice, and you can tell there was some solid craftsmanship behind it. That said, the finish had a few small flaws that were hard to ignore. Not a huge deal, but someone definitely should’ve caught those before it went out.
